Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping to the United Kingdom is free for standard shipping and paid for express shipping. Including processing time free shipping will take 2-3 working days and express will take 1-2 working days.
International shipping costs will vary and will be calculated at checkout, take 3-15 business days.
International Taxes
Taxes are not collected at checkout for most customers outside the UK. For some European destinations and the USA taxes and tariffs are included in the shipping price, there will be a note under the shipping method letting you know if this applies to your country.
For everywhere else you may need to pay import taxes when your order is delivered.
Email Notifications
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gppins.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gppins.com, you should receive a reply in 1-2 business days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You may need to pay for return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received it will be inspected and processed within 1-2 business days. The processing time for your refund will vary depending on your bank or card provider however most are processed with in 3-5 business days.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gppins.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
